Is anyone having the problems I am?  When I open up my lesson from the MY Stuff menu, the video starts fine, but when I click the Full Screen tab (icon) in the lower left of the status bar, the program suddenly closes.  The same thing happens when I click the Discuss tab.  I am running Windows Vista Home edition.  Also, I must to set the DPI setting to its smallest (96 dpi) in order for the program to run.  Very small print...whew!

Hi Hector,

I haven't heard of this problem yet but I'll pass your query to the folks at Leaping Brain. I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We've been getting a great response to our Instant Access generally, but occasionally these things do come up.

Musically yours,

Happy

Hi Hector,

Sorry for the trouble you're experiencing!

If you have your screen resolution set to 1280x800 or 1024x768, then the program requires the system default DPI of 96 dpi in order to be able to view the entire Homespun Instant Access catalog. If you have the capability to go to a higher screen resolution, then you may be able to go to a higher DPI.

Regarding the other issues, can you email us at support@leapingbrain.com with some information about your computer like type, processor speed, RAM, etc? This will help us with the troubleshooting process.

Thanks so much for your patience as we work to resolve this!
Grace

Hi, Hector. I experience the same problems. When trying to go fullscreen the program crashes. Besides that I also have a problem of getting stuck in a loop when trying to "update". I run the program on a brand new Acer Aspire 8930G with Windows Vista Home Premium on it. As for now, a member of the leapingbrain team, Grace, is doing her utmost to help me out. I sure do hope that they manage to get the program working top notch on my system, as this way of delivering courses is ideal for me. It saves me a lot of money for sending the dvd's to Belgium.

Edmond,

I just tried the Update button, and I get the same thing..."all componets not installed etc. message, then "all componets have been installed".  When I click ok, the program freezes, and I have to pull up the task manager to end it.  Grace is also working with me, but only on the full screen issue.  I'll have to tell here I have the "Update" problem as well

Good luck, Hector
