Aaron -Professor Louie- Hurwitz
Multi-instrumentalist, performer and producer Aaron Hurwitz was tagged “Professor Louie” by renowned vocalist/bassist Rick Danko. Aaron co-produced, engineered and performed on The Band's last three CD's, and has worked with Rick, Garth Hudson, Graham Parker, The David Nelson Band and many others.
His own band, Professor Louie and the Crowmatix, has become a mainstay of the upstate New York rock and blues scene, consistently playing festivals and premier clubs nationwide. Their CD, "Century of the Blues” stayed on the American Radio Rhythm & Blues Chart for six months.
