David Wilcox
David Wilcox's use of open tunings to create soulful, inventive accompaniments has helped make him "the best-known of the brilliant crop of singer-songwriters to emerge in the late '80s" (Acoustic Guitar). Audiences are drawn to his heartfelt, incisive lyrics, wry wit and exquisite instrumentals. His recording career spans 11 releases, starting with his 1987 debut “The Nightshift Watchman” through standouts such as “Home Again” (1991), “Turning Point” (1997) and “Live Songs And Stories” (2001).
David has consistently delivered music that the New York Daily News credits as “giving sensitive singer-songwriters back their good name." His most recent CD is “Into the Mystery.”
