Marcy Marxer is a multi-instrumentalist, teacher and children's performer. After studying music as a child, she trained in theatre at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Ringling Brothers Clown School. Marcy has performed extensively throughout the world since 1977, most often with her musical partner Cathy Fink.
This highly-acclaimed duo is a top team on the family music circuit: Their numerous recordings have won awards and recognition from Parents' Choice Magazine, the American Library Association and many other organizations. They won the 2003 Grammy Award - Best Musical Album For Children - for their Rounder Kids CD "Bon Appetit!"
