Penny Nichols
The late Penny Nichols was a professional singer, composer, producer and educator. She performed with Jackson Browne, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Linda Ronstadt, Jennifer Warnes and many other folk and pop legends. Penny's powerful vocals earned her a platinum record with Jimmy Buffett, a Grammy nomination record with Arlo Guthrie and a Silver Ami Award for best motivational performance. She earned a doctoral degree from Harvard's School of Education and did extensive research on pitch perception. Penny also recorded music for both children and adults, and taught in a variety of public and private settings.
